Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 5 lbChicken Wings (or drumsticks)
  2. Sauce>
  3. 1 cupPlain Yogurt
  4. 1 tspGarlic Paste
  5. 1 tspGinger Paste
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspCayenne Pepper
  8. 1 TbspGaram Masala
  9. 1 TbspLime Juice (or Lemon Juice)
  10. 1.5 TbspCoconut Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Make marinade sauce: All ingredients put together into the bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Into Ziploc bag, put chicken wings and marinade sauce, and massage with your hand. Leave it in the refrigerator over night.

    Preheat oven to 500°F, bake the chicken about 25 minutes. Or until becomes golden brown.

In the city of Kobe, Japan where I grew up, there are a lot of good bakery shops, but after I moved here to Florida in 1997, I missed the tasty breads and Japanese foods so much!
