Mix maida, salt, ajwai and oil make dough with the help of water.

Cover this dough for sometime.

Make big ball, roll it.

Now double it like gujia shape and again roll it, now cut the shape with the help of cap.

Fry all in hot oil on medium heat till golden brown.

Take out on tissue paper sprinkle chat masala on hot kaju.

Kaju mathri is ready to serve.it good for a month.
