Steps

Take eggs in a deep mixing bowl, add sugar and mix till sugar completely dissolve

When sugar dissolve add vanilla essence and mix

Now add honey in this and mix well

Seive the flour in this bowl in this bowl and mix for 1 or 2 minutes b do not over beat the better

Dissolve the baking soda in water nicely

Add gradually this soda water in flour better and mix well

Now cover the lid and rest the dough for 10 to15 minutes

Now grease the pan with oil or butter and wipe it and pour a spoonful better or with standard size cup to make same size

Now cover it for 1 and 1/2 minute for cook on low flame, when bubbles show flip it to cook other side

And again cover it and cook other side, do same with all better, make all cake like this

Now Dorayaki is ready to serve, serve with jam and chopped cherries
