Take one microwave proof large bowl.pour grated carrot and add ghee.mix well with spoon.

Then keep in microwave for 2 minutes. remove from micro wave and mix well.

Add milk,sugar,cardamom and mix well.keep in microwave for 5 minutes.

Remove from micro wave and mix well with spoon then add some cashew.keep in microwave for 2 minuts.
