Wash and soak chickpeas and wheat for 8-10 hour.

Add to pressure cooker with salt, do 6-7 whistles. Remove water and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoeitida. Then add onion and fry for a while. (If u don't like to add then skip the onion, but it tastes simply amazing)

Then add cooked wheat and chickpeas. Add all dry masala and mix well saute for a min. Then transfer into bowl and add lemon juice as per taste. Mix well and serve hot.
