Ingredients

  • 250 gmsLadys finger
  • 1/2 cupGram flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut lady finger in long strips. Take a bowl add besan and flour.

    Add all spices mix it. Now fry it in oil until crispy.
