Ingredients

  1. 150 kgliver
  2. 250 kgkidney
  3. 1 cupsliced onion
  4. 1 cupsliced sweet pepper
  5. 1 cupsliced tomatoes
  6. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  7. seasoning cubes and salt to taste
  8. 2 tablespoongingergarlic paste
  9. teaspoonvinger

Cooking Instructions

    Wash liver and kidney thoroughly.

    Cut kidney into vubes and slice liver

  3. 3

    Put pot over a heat, add veg.oil, gingergarlic paste abd caramelize

  4. 4

    Add in the chopped kidney,stirfry fir some minutes then add the liver and cover it too cook for 30mins.

    In a separate pan stirfry the vegetables and set a side

  6. 6

    Add the seasoning cubes and vineger To the kidney and cover again.

  7. 7

    Once the kidneys are cooked and water is absorbed add in the stirfried veggies and cover. allow it to simmer then serve.
