  1. 1 smallgreen bell pepper ( diced chopped )
  2. 1Midium shallot ( diced chopped )
  3. 2 clovegarlic ( finely chopped )
  4. 2 mediumred tomatoes ( finely chopped )
  5. 1 smallcarrot ( grated )
  6. 4Basil leaves ( finely chopped )
  7. 1 tsptomato paste
  8. 1cube Maggie stock chicken flavors
  9. 1Black pepper
  10. 1White pepper
  11. 200 gramsMushrooms slice
  12. 170 gramsSweet corn
  13. 250 gramsSpaghetti (250g)

Cooking Instructions

    cook spaghetti in boiling water add salt and oil ( drain well)

  2. 2

    In a small pot, heat vegetables oil, add garlic and stir fry until slightly golden colors..( in a low heat)

    Add onions stir few 3sec.

    Add carrots,sweet corn, mushrooms, bell peppers, cube stocks,and tomatoes.Stir constantly until the mixture soft

    Add tomato paste, black peppers, white peppers, and basil.mix well 1min.

    covered and turned off the gas.

    Put the spaghetti in the plate spread with vegetables sauce.

    tips: add mozzarella cheese on top...(desired)

    Serve hot ..
