cook spaghetti in boiling water add salt and oil ( drain well)

In a small pot, heat vegetables oil, add garlic and stir fry until slightly golden colors..( in a low heat)

Add onions stir few 3sec.

Add carrots,sweet corn, mushrooms, bell peppers, cube stocks,and tomatoes.Stir constantly until the mixture soft

Add tomato paste, black peppers, white peppers, and basil.mix well 1min.

covered and turned off the gas.

Put the spaghetti in the plate spread with vegetables sauce.

tips: add mozzarella cheese on top...(desired)

Serve hot ..

Spaghetti with "Meat" Sauce Spaghetti with "Meat" Sauce
Its summertime and I wanted to make a lentil dinner. Usually I make Lentil Stew but its too hot for that. So I wanted to do something else. I found this recipe in my Forks Over Knives cookbook called Spaghetti with Lentil Ragu. This "meat" sauce is based on that recipe. The recipe calls for diced tomatoes but I chose a can of crushed tomatoes to make a sauce. I also put the lentils through a blender to make the lentils more ground meat like . Topping it with cheddar cheese really finished it off perfectly. I hope you'll like it as much as my family did. Debbie
