Beat butter sugar together till creamy

Add in egg yolks and vanilla essence

Rub the flour to make dough

Roll the dough cut in 15 round using cookie cutter or spread on pie tray

Bake in preheated oven 180c fr about 20 minutes till golden in colour

For filling

Put all da ingredients in a pan except butter and lemon juice in a large saucepan whisking gently

Add on lemon juice and butter and mix

Fill in pie tarts

Your tangy lemon tart is ready to serve
