Firstly Gread the mawa...now add the maida in mawa in two parts..Knead a soft dough with the help of milk..

Now give a rest to the dough for half and hour...

In between make sugar syrup.. Mix sugar and water..give good boil to this mix...now add two table spoon milk in sugar syrup.. For make a clear sugar syrup...boil the syrup 6-7 min.....now add rose water in it..off the flame..your sugar syrup is ready..

Now put a pan on flame..and pour desi ghee in it...now make small balls from the dough.. With soft hands..insure it that there are no cracks in the balls...fry these balls on medium flame.. With continuous stirring of ghee...fry these balls till golden brown..

Now add these balls in warm sugar syrup... After two hours your gulab jamuns are ready to serve
