Take a bowl and mix egg, shrimp, onion, garlic, chili, black pepper, salt and coriander together.

Heat the frying pan and add oil, then pour egg mixture into pan. Cook the egg in a low heat and cover it to cook for 5 min.

Turn off flame and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with steamed rice.
