Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. Halfkilo Minced beef
  3. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  4. Halfteaspoon cinnamon powder (strong spice don’t put much)
  5. to tasteSeasoning
  6. 1 tbspCrushed chilli
  7. HandfulSpring onions
  8. 2Chopped garlic cloves
  9. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
  10. Stock or water
  11. leavesChopped parsley
  12. 1tbspoon soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Add minced beef in a pot with little oil, add chopped onions, spring onions,black pepper,salt and cook

  2. 2

    Stir fry washed rice with 3 tbspoon of oil and cinnamon powder then add to the minced beef sauce

  3. 3

    After adding the rice, add soy sauce, garlic paste, seasoning to taste, crushed chili, garam masala and parsley

  4. 4

    Fry till spices are well mixed with the rice then add stock and cook until fragrant
