1Medium sized Eggplant
1/2 TSPRed Chilli Powder
1/2 TSPTurmeric Powder
1/2 TSPCoriander Powder
To TasteSalt
2 TBSPCooking Oil
1 TBSPFried Onion

Steps

Cut the Eggplant in a round shape and marinate it with chilli, turmeric, coriander powder and salt.

Heat oil in a pan and add marinated eggplant in it.

Cook in a low heat for 10-15 min

Turn off flame and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fried onion. Serve with steamed rice.
