Steps

First prepare the filling by stir frying minced meat, add onions & garlic/ginger paste. Allow it to cook.

Then add salt, baking powder, egg then cold water & knead. The dough should be thick.

Then add carrot, potatoes & seasoning. And allow it to be properly done. Then set aside to cool completely.

For the dough, sieve flour in a bowl, add butter & mix very well until it becomes like breadcrumbs.

Then add baking powder, salt, egg & cold water. Mix everything & set aside. The dough should be thick.

Time for rolling!

Roll the dough & scoop d filling then cover. U can use a meatpie cutter or with bare hands & pinch with a fork. Before closing it, rub a mixture of flour & water by d edge & close it.

Repeat same process for the rest & arrange on a buttered baking tray. Then apply eggwash for that golden shiny look & bake.

Note: if u want to fry it then no need for eggwash.
