Combine the all ingredients in a bowl and mix well,enough water and knead into a semi-stiff dough, keep aside

Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds,when the seeds crackle,add onion and saute on medium flame for 2 minutes, add green chillies,ginger paste, chilli powder,mango powder,kasuri methi, coriander, potatoes salt mix well and saute on medium flame for 1 min.

Pinch a ball size dough and dust with some wheat flour

Stuff the stuffing and roll slightly thick

Cook the paratha to golden brown adding ghee

Serve hot paratha with ghee
