In a clean pot add water enough to cook the rice and add pinch of salt, cover it to boil.

Pour in the rice after boil and reduce the heat to medium,allow to cook gradually when almost done add in the sliced carrots to simmer.

When done serve along side with your warm porridge.

Enjoy it with any soup of your choice. Taaaada!!!
