1/4mango (amchoor) powder

Peel the outer layer of kerala's,make a long cut in the center. Sprinkle some salt on it & keep them aside for 2 hours.

Wash them 6-7 times with water after 2 hours.Mix all the masalas in a bowl.

Put masala in the center of the kerala's.Heat oil in a pan & deep fry them.
