Mix the chicken pieces with egg, cornflour, flour, soya sauce, crushed garlic pods.. Take a pan add mustard oil and fry the chicken pieces until brown colour.. Now fry the cube sized onion fillets, tomato pieces and capsicum pieces for 2 minutes..

Now add oil in the same pan then add chopped garlic pods,slited green chilli saute it for a while now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce..saute them for 2 minutes now add the fried chicken pieces and fried onion fillets, tomato pieces and capsicum pieces.. Mix it well with all the sauces.. Lastly add cornflour with tablespoon vinegar..

Let it cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.. Chilli chicken is ready to serve..
