Preheat oven at 180C.
Sieve Maida, meetha soda and baking powder 4 times. - 2
Add vinegar in milk, keep aside for 5 min. Beat butter, vanilla essence, milkmaid and sugar after that add milk and maida slowly slowly after that add chopped almond.

Transfer in dusted tin and some almond spread on top.
Bake in preheat oven at 180c 35 to 40 min.
