  • 1tomatoe
  • 2medium sized Boiled nduma
  • HandfulMushrooms
  • 1medium size Capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean all items

    Fry the onions until ready.. add grated tomatoe and let cook briefly.

  3. 3

    Add the sliced mushrooms and sliced capsicum, let cook till ready. Add the parsley to cook for 1 minute.

    Serve with Nduma and enjoy.
