Roast all whole spices for grinded masala powder

Make powder and set aside

Heat pan add ghee

Add red chilli jeera and coriander seeds

Add tomato and cook till mushy

Add grinded masala

Ginger and garlic

When tomato cooked add red chilli powder and bell peppers

Cook a little add onion cubes

And lastly add paneer cubes

And mix all of them

Add garam masala kasoori methi and coriander leaves

Serve with paratha or phulka
