In a heavy bottom pan mix milk,sugar and milk powder, cook on low to medium heat until reduce 1/3.

Mix the corn flour with a bit of cold milk then add to the milk mixture and cook until it started to thicken, it will take about 5 minutes.

Pour the warm milk in a heat proof container and cool it down by room temperature before put in the refrigerator
- 4
Over night refrigerator would be perfect serve-with fresh mango
