Wash the spinach, Heat pan add water,turmeric powder and bring the water to boil.Add spinach, green chilli and ginger and cook the spinach for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.

Cool the boiled spinach. Take a mixer grinder add the spinach and make a smooth puree. Add this puree to the dosa batter, mix well.

Heat a dosa tawa,Pour a ladle of batter and spread it to a thin dosa. Keep the flame in low. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee/oil and allow the dosa to cook and becomes crispy and light brown. Gently using a spatula take out the cooked dosa in a plate.
