Ingredients

2 tablespoonscocoa powder
2 1/2 cupflour
2 cupssugar
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 cupveg oil
1/2 cupmelted butter
1 cupbutter milk
2 teaspoonsred food color
1/2tspn salt
1 teaspoonvinegar
2eggs

Sift and mix all the dry ingredients together in a clean bowl

Add the wet ingredients one after the other, but add the vinegar last.

Mix to form a batter. Line papers cups to ur cupcake pans and scoop out batter in each. Bake for 25-30mins in a preheated oven
