Simple, easy to make and delicious White Pulao which is healthy too.
Steps

Heat up the oil in kadhai on medium flame. Add jeera and hing. Add curry leaves and then add onions and cook till it turns translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook for a minute.

Add green chillies and green peas. Mix well, add salt and dhania jeera powder. Mix well and cook till tomatoes gets cooked and turns soft. Now add boiled potatoes and cooked basmati rice. Mix all well and cook for a minute. Turn off the flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. This pulao can be served with tomato onion curd raita or can be served alone.
