Steps
- 1
Sieve all the powders together in a mixing bowl
- 2
Add ghee a tablespoon by tablespoon and knead it into a soft and smooth dough (if it’s cracking or crumbling you may have to add little more ghee)
- 3
Mould small lemon sized balls
- 4
Heat the oven to 340°F or 171°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
- 5
Flatten the balls slightly and place on the tray garnish with any item of your choice(I chose to use slit almonds)
- 6
Place in the oven and bake for 16 minutes
- 7
Baking time may vary according to your oven. Don’t let the cookies turn brown
- 8
Let the cookies cool down completely for an hour or so, they get crisper
- 9
You can store them in airtight containers for about 3 days
- 10
Enjoy 😉👍🏻
