Ingredients

  • 100 gmsAtta
  • 75 gmssugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupgrated dry coconut
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • as requiredGhee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take 1 cup water in a pan and put it on a high flame. Now add sugar and stir it till it do not dissolve.

  2. 2

    Keep it a side for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    After cooling, add atta, fennel and coconut and stir it well.

  4. 4

    Keep it a side for 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Now heat the kadhai on medium flame and add oil.

  6. 6

    After oil is heated, with the help of your hands, make small balls and deep fry them till they are golden brown.

  7. 7

    Now let them cool and enjoy the relishing taste.
