Whole wheat Oats Pancakes

Pancake is flat cake, often thin, round and fluffy, made with all purpose flour, eggs and milk. And that's how you can make the simplest pancake batter. But for the twist we have added loads of healthy ingredients like whole wheat flour, oats flour, protein powder to make it a super protein rich diet Pancake. I was quite happy to see how they turned out.

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, protein powder)

Whisk egg, add milk and vanilla and mix this mixture into dry ingredients.

Next add baking soda and salt to make batter. Do not over mix it.

Now pour laddle full batter onto non-stick pan and cook from both sides.

Top with cranberries or your favourite fruits/nuts and strawberry syrup/maple syrup.
