But for the twist we have added loads of healthy ingredients like whole wheat flour, oats flour, protein powder to make it a super protein rich diet Pancake. I was quite happy to see how they turned out.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3/4 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupoats
  • 1 tbspprotein powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 cupsmilk, low fat
  • Pinchsalt
  • dropsVanilla essence, few
  • As neededDried cranberries
  • As neededStrawberry syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, protein powder)

  2. 2

    Whisk egg, add milk and vanilla and mix this mixture into dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Next add baking soda and salt to make batter. Do not over mix it.

  4. 4

    Now pour laddle full batter onto non-stick pan and cook from both sides.

  5. 5

    Top with cranberries or your favourite fruits/nuts and strawberry syrup/maple syrup.
