  • 1/2 cupgramflour
  • 1 cuponion julienne
  • 2 teaspooncournflour
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • As neededOil for frying

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl put all ingredients except oil.

  2. 2

    Add little water and mix to make a batter.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, scoop out the mixture in small quantities and drop in hot oil and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown colour and crisp.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
