Ingredients

  1. Mutton jalferazi
  2. Boanless mutton half kg
  3. Oil half cup (use 2 times)
  4. 1 tbspMix garam masala
  5. 6-8Green chilli
  6. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  7. Salt according to your taste
  8. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  9. Haldi half tsp
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. Tomato paste half cup 🍅
  12. Onion paste half cup
  13. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  14. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  15. halfCapsicum
  16. Onion 2 cut in cubes
  17. You can also add tomato 🍅 cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add half oilwhole garam masala 4 green chillis (cut length wise)and onion paste cook until water dry add meat red chilli powder haldi salt gg paste tomato 🍅 paste and coriander powder and bhonfy add 2 cup water and cook until water dry add soya sauce and garam masala powder
    Another pan add remaining oil and capsicum and onions and stir fry add a pinch of salt and add on prepared mutton gravy dum 5 minutes mix well and serve
