Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupsemolina (sooji)
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2chopped capsicum
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 pinchgrounded black pepper
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • leavesfew chopped coriander
  • As requiredoil
  • As requiredwater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a smooth batter of semolina with water.keep it aside for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Now add all the ingredients & chopped veggies.Mix well.Add little bit of water so that batter becomes smooth.

  3. 3

    Heat oil on the tawa.Pour batter on it.Spread it.

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame till it becomes golden now flip & cook the other side of uttapam with oil.Cook till it becomes golden.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
