Steps

Heat 2 spoons ghee in a pan, roast the vermicelli till it turns golden brown in colour.

In the same pan put left ghee and roast dry fruits light in colour.

Heat a heavy bottom pan put milk and bring it to boil on medium flame.

Stirring occasionally in between.

After that add roasted vermicelli and dry fruits with ghee and cook it for 10 minutes.

Add sugar and cardamom powder, cook another 2-3 minutes than swich off the flame and let it be cool.
