Ingredients

Kaleeji
Dhaniya powder 5 tb spoon
Ginger garlic paste 3 tb spoon
Red chiilli 1 t spoon
Salt as taste
Oil for frying
White zeera 1 t spoon
Coal

Steps

Wash kaliji neatly n cut in medium or small size.

Take oil in pan n put zeera ginger garlic paste n kaleeji n start mixing

Pour spices n mix them
4

Let it cook for 10 to 15 mints n get coal ready for dhooni.. cover kalegi on low flame for 5 mints n put off flame n gve coal on works.
