Ingredients

  1. Kaleeji
  2. Dhaniya powder 5 tb spoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste 3 tb spoon
  4. Red chiilli 1 t spoon
  5. Salt as taste
  6. Oil for frying
  7. White zeera 1 t spoon
  8. Coal

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash kaliji neatly n cut in medium or small size.

  2. 2

    Take oil in pan n put zeera ginger garlic paste n kaleeji n start mixing

  3. 3

    Pour spices n mix them

  4. 4

    Let it cook for 10 to 15 mints n get coal ready for dhooni.. cover kalegi on low flame for 5 mints n put off flame n gve coal on works.
