Gur ki kheer (jaggery kheer)

In a heavy bottom pan boiled milk with cardamom

Make a coarse powder of rice

In a bowl add rice with water and make a paste

Now pour this paste in a milk and stir continuously

When milk Become thick add crushed jaggery in it
- 6
Mix it well until jaggery totally dissolved
- 7
Add dry fruits and mix well adjust the consistency and remove from gas
- 8
Serve hot as well as cold
