  • 3 tbspMilk
  • 3 1/2 cupWater
  • Topping
  • Mince meat
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion
  • Seasoning
  • Little oil
  • 4Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Seive ur flour add salt, sugar n baking powder whisk n add ur water mix n cover it for 10 minutes

    Cook ur mince meat with a seasoning then add ur egg maggi n grinded scotch bonnet n onion n mix it

    Pour little oil in a pan add ur mixture n add ur mixture of mince meat on top n fry it both side then roll it n cut into 2
