Take a bowl. put besan, rice flour. mix it well.

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric Powder, salt,jeera, garlic paste, coriander leaves. add water. mix and make a smooth batter.

After that heat oil on medium flame. then take row potatoes chips. dip into the batter. and fry in oil. fry it until golden brown colour.

Now take out from oil. keep on absorbent paper. ready to serve crispy potatoes fritters. serve with sauce or tea.
