Steps

Wash & rinse the rice with fresh water & soak for 20 minutes.

Wash the chicken properly. Add oil in a karahi,when it heatsup,add cumin seeds,cloves & bay leaf,cook till aroma smells away.

Now add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste, Cook till they become golden brown. Now add all the ingredients & saute for few seconds.

Add tomato puree & cook till oil spreads from corners. Now add chicken pieces & cook on low flame.

When they half cooked,dry the water,take out the water from rice & add them with 4 cup of water.

Cover it & cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

Switch off the flame & serve hot.
