Take a bowl and mash boiled potatoes in them. Add all dry spices and mix well.

Take another bowl and fill it with water. Take a bread slice, dip it in water and take out to place it on your palm and squeeze out excess water.

Place the potato filling in between the bread and close it from all sides inside your palm to shape it like a ball or roll.

Heat oil in a kadhai on high flame and fry the prepared bread rolls in it till golden brown on medium high flame for 3-5 mins.

Serve them hot with ketchup or dip of your desire. And enjoy this quick potato snack.
