We all crave for sweet treats sometimes, but at times baking a full batch of cake is a little too much. So this is a small serving bake that is hassle free and satisfies your sweet tooth. The red colour of the cake and the dark brown cocoa nibs makes the treat look rich and mouthwatering.
This is a super easy, eggless, one bowl recipe, soft and moist than any cake, slightly velvety and chocolaty to taste. The addition of cocoa nibs makes the cake nutty and crunchy in every bite.

This is a super easy, eggless, one bowl recipe, soft and moist than any cake, slightly velvety and chocolaty to taste. The addition of cocoa nibs makes the cake nutty and crunchy in every bite.

In a mixing bowl add all wet ingredients except the Cocoa nibs and mix well

Once it looks well combined add dry ingredients

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Mix well.

Preheat oven @160°c for 10 minutes. Also grease ramekins with some oil or butter.

Add the food colour and mix.

Add more milk if the mixture looks dry.

Add Cocoa nibs and mix. I made a bigger batch, some with cocoa nibs and some plain for my kids. You can add chocolate chips or dry fruits if you do not have Cocoa nibs.

Pour in greased ramekins. Sprinkle cocoa nibs kept aside for garnish

Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. Check by touching the top, if it springs back means it's done.

Serve chilled or warm. It's yummy any which way
