Steps

Pressure cook the beetroot for one whistle.

Peel and cut it into long pieces.

Cut cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, green cabbage, purple cabbage, green pepper into long pieces.

Place the vegetables into the bowl, spread the moong and chanasprouts.

Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, ground pepper, chaat masala and toss.

Garnish with cilantro.
