Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1 cupchopped vegetables
  3. 1 tbspsalt or according to taste
  4. 1/2 tbspchilli powder
  5. 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  6. as requiredOil for cooking

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak moong dal approximately for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Strain excess water and make a thick paste in grinder.

    Add salt, chilli powder green chilli chopped.

    Finally chopped vegetables as you like.

    Spread moong dal on a hot tawa and add chopped vegetables over it.

    Apply oil and cook both sides till brown.

    Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
