Soak moong dal approximately for 1 hour.

Strain excess water and make a thick paste in grinder.

Add salt, chilli powder green chilli chopped.

Finally chopped vegetables as you like.

Spread moong dal on a hot tawa and add chopped vegetables over it.

Apply oil and cook both sides till brown.

Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
