Ingredients

  1. 2big sized potatoes
  2. as requiredOil to fry
  3. Forbatter-
  4. 1/2 cupGram Flour
  5. 2-3 tbspRice Flour
  6. 1/4 cupCoriander Leaves (chopped)
  7. 1 tsp Carom Seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  9. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  10. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  11. As per tasteSalt
  12. as per tasteWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes, cut slices and dip in water.

  2. 2

    Now take all ingredients of batter in a bowl mix well and make a batter.

    Now heat oil in a wok, dip potatoes slices in batter and fry it. Potato bhajiya is ready.
