Easy chinese maggi bhel!!

Bring water to boil and add one packet Maggie! Cook for about 2 minutes until 90% cooked.

Switch off the flame and drain all the water. Keep it aside in a plate for 4-5 minutes.

Now heat a frying pan add around 4tbsp oil. Wait till the oil gets heated. Now deep fry Maggi in oil.

Fry both the sides evenly. Fry till it gets crispy and brown in colour.

Cut 1 capsicum and 1 onion finely.

Heat a pan. Add around 1tsp oil. Then add the veggies. Here you can add ginger and garlic paste as well. Mix all the mentioned sauces together in a bowl and add it. Then add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,pinch of salt.Then add in Fried Maggi. Mix everything well together.

Serve hot with some simple plain Maggie noodles.
