Shorsher puure Chalkumro (Fried ash gourd stuffed with mustard)

Take the batter ingredients in a bowl, add required amount of water & make a thick batter.

Slice the ash gourds as shown below (slice will be thick). Now slit the slices of ash gourd as shown. Add pinch of turmeric powder in the mustard paste. Now add the mustard paste stuffing in the slitted ash gourd slices. Prepare all the ash gourd slices in this process.

Heat oil in a pan, now dip the ash gourd slices in the batter & deep fry them. Then put the slices in kitchen tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.

And your yummy Fried Ash gourd Stuffed with mustard is ready to serve! Serve with steamed rice & relish!
