In a deep pan combine milk and grated bottle gourd.simmer it on a low flame.let it cook till milk reduced to half,add ghee and cardamom powder when milk has evaporated.mix it well.

Add the sugar and cook halwa till sugar melt.off the flame.Ģarnish with Almonds and pistachios.Serve hot.
