Marinate the chicken with orange juice, seasoning, and garlic for about 30-60min

Then in a pan add the marinated chicken with onions and a bit of olive/vegetable oil to let simmer add the crushed habaneero pepper

Add the cumin black paper spices and the seasoning and add 1/2cu of water then let cook

Make a slurry with corn flour to thicken the sauce while adding it pour the chunks pineapple into it and garnish with some green n red pepper
