Roast the rice, then soak for 1/2 hr. Grind it coarsely.

Heat milk, boil it nicely. Then add the rice, allow it to thicken. Now once the milk becomes thick add the flavours, and dry fruits. Stir well.

Now remove in the mud pots and garnish with dry rose petals. Allow it to cool at room temperature, then freeze it for couple of hrs or till they set.
