Ingredients

12 serving
  1. 2 cupsalmond flour
  2. 1/2 cupflaxseed(I used ground)
  3. 2 tbspcoconut flour
  4. 3/4 tbspbaking soda
  5. 2/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tsppsyilium husk powder
  7. 6eggs
  8. 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 1 1/2 tspapple cider vinegar
  11. 7 dropsliquid sweetener

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven 350F line 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper.in a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed,coconut flour, baking soda, salt and psyilium husk powder

    In a med. bowl, whisk together the eggs. Cream, water, vinegar, and liquid sweetener. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine. Do not over mix.

    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake until a skewer inserted into center cons out clean, about 50 minutes.

    Cool before serving.

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore!
