Beef Shoulder steaks with veggies

Cooking Instructions

    Cut meet into 2 centimetre steaks

    Pound steak in a plastic bag.

  3. 3

    Add salt, pepper, and olive oil to the steaks.

  4. 4

    Peal and cut the sweet potatoes and carrots into large chunks.

  5. 5

    Cut broccoli into individual florets

  6. 6

    Steam sweet potato and carrots for about 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    After about 5 minutes, when you feel softness with the carrots, add broccoli. Cook for 5 more minutes.

    Place large frypan on medium high heat.

  9. 9

    Add minced garlic.

  10. 10

    Add steaks and cook until brown on the outside, about 5 minutes.

  11. 11

    Turn heat to low, cover and cook for 3 more minutes.
